I booked my car in to get the front brake pads and discs replaced after communicating with Bonnie in reception about the possible OEM vs aftermarket options. She was very informative and was happy to assist with any questions that I had. I settled on one of the quotes and had my car booked in two weeks later. On the day of the service the manager, Sarah, explained that they had made a mistake in the quote by only quoting for one brake pad and disc rather than two sets. Sarah was apologetic for the stuff up, and without hesitating said she will honour the original quotation price. Even when they made a mistake, they were transparent and owned it. What can I say, Paul is just such an awesome person, he cares which is a very rare commodity today. No one would help us with our Jeep in Horsham, Stawell, Ballarat or Ararat until it was recommended that I call Easons. From that first phone call to Paul explained our issues, there has been no looking back. In fact I think the whole team at Easons are great, nothing is too much trouble, and they do what they say they will do and all with a smile. I'm not sure whether the smile is because my Jeep is draining my bank account or it is just a genius smile.
