I was visiting Ballarat in May/June 2024. As a result of 'warning lights' showing on my dash, I was referred to Eason's Car Centre for a diagnosis. WOW, Paul Ryan checked my car gave me comprehensive information about my car's woes and I knew after 217,000km it was due for a new vehicle. My concern was if I could get back to Sydney. He confidently said,'Yes'. His assessment of cost to fix -v- another vehicle obviously made sense. I had two options, go car shopping when I got home or drive it to the end. I had another 3 x over 4hr trips and now have a new car bought in January 2025. I want people to know and my friends who have European cars and live in Buninyong, Victoria, that Eason's Car Centre which is the cleanest and most efficient automotive centre I have ever seen has been the best SERVICE I have ever experienced. Paul, big hugs from a NSW grateful friend. Paul gave me all that advice and time to put my car on the hoist etc, without accepting any payment. Just want to repay his kindness by this review.

My partner and I unexpectedly stopped in Ballarat on route to Melbourne from Adelaide with some concerns about our 1998 Hiace. Reception were quick to get us in, first thing in the morning- even to just take a look. Paul, the owner, was extremely friendly, helpful and happy to share his knowledge with us. He was very prompt to fix up one or two minor issues on the van that we were concerned were more serious. He gave us his time and energy out of pure kindness.Couldn’t recommend Paul more, 10 stars out of 5 !

I booked my car in to get the front brake pads and discs replaced after communicating with Bonnie in reception about the possible OEM vs aftermarket options. She was very informative and was happy to assist with any questions that I had. I settled on one of the quotes and had my car booked in two weeks later. On the day of the service the manager, Sarah, explained that they had made a mistake in the quote by only quoting for one brake pad and disc rather than two sets. Sarah was apologetic for the stuff up, and without hesitating said she will honour the original quotation price. Even when they made a mistake, they were transparent and owned it. Thank you Sarah and the Eason’s team for the great work and wonderful service.

Sarah, Paul and the staff have always kept our car safe and on the road. Paul's knowledge is unbelievable and they went out of their way to help out. They use genuine parts and their workshop is immaculate which speaks of their standards. Thank you. Highly recommend.
